Comfort and style
This is a beautiful sectional that fits great with my style.
Great for the price
Waited to review this until I was closer to the 1 year mark of purchase. We LOVE this sectional. It’s incredibly comfortable, and it has held up nicely to heavy use by two adults and a dogs. I was worried about how it would hold up long term, but it looks about how it did when we bought it. For the price you can’t beat it
Furniture is great, customer service has been awful.
Very happy with my furniture. Still don’t have it all however. I was told the ottoman would arrive mid February. The company policy of not delivering if you’re not home is ridiculous. Obviously most people work. Therefore had to delay the delivery. Once it was delivered it was the wrong piece. I spent the morning on the phone with both customer service and the guy who sold it to me. They both argued with me that I was sent what was ordered until I literally had to send a personal text to the salesman to show him. He then confirmed it was wrong. I was put in contact with the sales manager, then that changed to someone else, then that person was out for the month. I was told someone would be in contact over the weekend, nobody was. I took it upon myself to call the store Monday and received no help. Now I can’t have an exchange until April. I bought the furniture in January. Unacceptable and nothing has been done to right the situation.
