Read The Fine Print
In the store it felt good but if you have a bad back, it’s not firm enough. So far, the leather is comfortable. I wouldn’t have chosen this chair if I had sat in it longer and used all the positions. And watch out for the free financing as the longer term is not and was not explained very well either. Watch out for the 2% added on. It’s added to the total so if you pay it off early, you do not save anything. I bought a good bed a few years ago, had the long term financing and there was not 2% surcharge, so it’s not interest free. Read the fine print. Oh, and once delivered, you can’t return it. This is my last RTG purchase.
Never again it broke the first time I sit in it , the same day it came. You wanted to fix it are you for real. That made scared to shop at Rooms to go again. Because I was told I could not get my money back, they could fix the chair are exchange it. After that scary experience, no too old to be on the floor.

After months of looking for the right recliner, I am totally satisfied with my “Shaq” recliner. It gives me the wider seat for movement & length for legs too. It’s so comfortable I have already slept a night or two in it! I really enjoy the power option too. The service in-store and the delivery were exceptional.
